How We’re Staying Safe

Our customer service team have moved to remote working, offering the same high level of customer service safely from their home offices.

Our controller tech team and warehouse staff are following social distancing guidelines, ensuring appropriate spacing and dealing with all orders in a sanitised and safe environment.

Possible Delays to Customer Service and Dispatch

Our customer service team is working hard from their home offices to offer the same high level of support as in our offices. Due to possible staff shortages due to COVID-19 however please bear with us if you do not receive a response straight away. Responses may take up to 3-5 working days in busy time periods however we still aim to respond within 1 working day when possible.

In order to follow government guidelines our controller tech team have moved to a set-up that allows them to socially distance themselves and work safely in a sanitised environment. Due to the extra space this takes, less can be at the warehouse at one time, reducing our capacity to create our custom controllers. This may lead to delays in producing your controllers and increased dispatch timescales out of our control. Please allow up to 10 working days for standard dispatch.

Possible Delays and Changes to Shipping

We only use Royal Mail as our shipping partner and so for the most up-to-date information, please see their website.

Royal Mail have already announced that their may be delays in shipping times due to the extra safety procedures needed and an increased demand on the postage system. They also have temporarily stopped allowing customers to sign for their own items, instead the delivery officer will do this on your behalf when they deliver the item.

As shipping is out of our control once it leaves our warehouse, we are unable to make any guarantees in this regard.
