FAQ for Ordering during Christmas and New Year
Can I upgrade my build time or shipping option after ordering?
In order to stick to the tight deadlines and high demand we have in December and January in creating bespoke products, we can only facilitate an upgrade or changes to an order when:
- Customer services are contacted quickly.
- There is the capacity to upgrade.
If you need to make a change please email us ASAP on firstname.lastname@example.org or message us on Facebook. We aim to respond within 1 working day though this may be longer during busy periods.
