Throughout November and December is the busiest time of year both at Defy Gaming and with our postage partner, Royal Mail.

We, therefore, recommend ordering as early as possible to allow for delays and receive your item in time for Christmas.

*Please note that the majority of delivery options are not guaranteed and described by Royal Mail as “aims” only with the exception of Special Delivery Guaranteed. We, therefore, recommend you order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. 

Orders Outside of the UK

Tuesday 1st December 2020 with Standard Build Time (5-7 Working Days)
Tuesday 8th December 2020 with Express Build Time (1-2 Working Days)

Your build time needs to be upgraded at the time of choosing your product within the product builder. If you need to upgrade after placing your order, please email us at hello@defygaminguk.com as soon as possible and we will try our best dependent on capacity. 

Orders from the UK

The final order date is determined by your chosen shipping and build-time/dispatch option. Build time is chosen when building your controller and shipping is chosen at checkout.

FAQ for Ordering during Christmas and New Year

Can I upgrade my build time or shipping option after ordering?

In order to stick to the tight deadlines and high demand we have in December and January in creating bespoke products, we can only facilitate an upgrade or changes to an order when:

  1. Customer services are contacted quickly.
  2. There is the capacity to upgrade.

If you need to make a change please email us ASAP on hello@defygaminguk.com or message us on Facebook. We aim to respond within 1 working day though this may be longer during busy periods.
