Build Time & Shipping
Handcrafted in the UK by our Tech Team
Custom Controllers are made-to-order and so have a standard ‘build time’ of 5-7 working days before dispatch. If you need your item sooner, you can upgrade to Express Dispatch for your item to be pushed to the front of the queue, being built in 1-2 working days. Once built, the time your item takes to arrive with you depends on your chosen shipping option.

We ship via secure and tracked courier worldwide. Standard shipping is FREE in the UK and our full range of shipping options, pricing and timescales can be found at checkout.

FREE Returns within 14 Days
Our quality assurance team individually test every controller prior to shipping. If your controller is sent with a fault or incorrect configuration, return shipping is free within 14 days for repair or replacement*

All custom controllers come with 90 days warranty as standard with the option to upgrade to 12 months at the time of purchase.*
